Role Senior Immigration Attorney
Providing legal advice and consultation to clients regarding immigration laws, regulations, and processes.
Managing immigration cases from start to finish, including preparing and filing petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
Conducting legal research to stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and applying this knowledge to client cases.
Drafting legal documents, including visa applications, petitions, appeals, and responses to government inquiries.
Requirements
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
New York Bar admission
Book of business at least $250k-$300k
Knowledge of industry standards and customs.
