Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-6+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience to join the team at one of New York's leading defense firms in their New York, NY office! The ideal candidate will have at least two years of medical malpractice defense experience.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and busy law practice! The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in NYC, 2 remote!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documents
• Conducting and/or defending depositions
• Court appearances
• Motion practice
• Performing legal/medical research

REQUIREMENTS:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to NY bar
• 2+ years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience is required
