Job Summary:
The Associate Vice President will be responsible for identifying and evaluating partnership and investment opportunities in the real estate, construction, and prop-tech industries. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of international real estate markets, a proven track record of executing complex projects and investments, and experience managing relationships with external partners. The role is a balance between business development / investment attraction, high level financial analysis, business strategy, and stakeholder management. The position will require building and managing potential and current stakeholder relationships with businesses within the Local Real Estate Investment Division s (LREID) targeted sectors to find new investment opportunities. The role requires a high degree of diplomacy, organization, and attention to detail.

The base pay range for this position is $150,000- $250,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
