We are looking for an **Assistant Manager** for our beautiful store based in **Seaford**, who will drive the business sales forward by supporting and developing the teams to deliver their full potential.
**The Role**
As an **Assistant** **Manager** youll lead by example, inspire your team to deliver the highest level of service whilst ensuring that all colleagues are happy, motivated and well trained.
Its a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands-on management approach and the ability to demonstrate strong visual merchandising skills
**About You**
* Target driven, with the ability to lead a team to achieve targets
* Working a Supervisor/ Assistant Manager level ideally within a fashion retailer
* Commercially knowledgeable
* Experienced in presenting stock at a high standard.
* Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure
