Construction Assistant Project Manager - Retail - Long Island Commercial General Contractor - Nassau County Office

Your new role

You will be assisting the project management team with a number of Retail Commercial Construction interior renovation projects throughout the 5 boroughs. You will be working directly with the Project Manager, reporting into the headquarters based in Nassau County, NY and travelling to the project sites when needed. With multiple projects in the pipeline, this is a long-term career opportunity.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years' experience as New York Construction Project Manager
• Retail Interior Fit-out experience preferred
• Experience on projects valued over $5M preferred
• Full life-cycle experience on previous projects
• Ability to commute to the office in Nassau County, Long Island
