**ASSISTANT MANAGER STRATEGIC PLANNING & PARTNERSHIP - IWC, NEW YORK**

***MAIN PURPOSE***

Assist in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy within the frame of IWCs overall global strategy. Work cross functionally to support the implementation of marketing plans, key activations, and cross-category initiatives. Support the development of global an local partnerships.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- **Support overall development and implementation of the marketing strategy and key initiatives across all marketing functions**:

+ Work closely with Strategic Planning and Partnerships Manager to develop, execute and support marketing and partnership initiatives in North America

+ Articulate and co-construct holistic activations in co-ownership with experts throughout the organization

+ Establishment of monthly internal newsletter highlighting key initiatives across all marketing functions with focus on best practices and ROI

+ Liaise with HQ on creative asset development and approvals, when needed

+ Provide intelligence, data and insights from internal and external sources, as well as regular benchmarks, trend forecasting and creative trend analysis

+ Be aligned and informed of the latest social media and PR developments, online behavior and trends, impactful activations in the luxury industry as well as competitive actions

- **Assist in the development and execution of global and local partnership projects**:

+ Support implementation of all partnership related activations with a 360 action plan and overall transversal coordination in partnership with project originator

+ Explore new opportunities and business collaborations with local entities to attract target audience and evaluate partnership proposals

+ Communication and alignment with all stakeholders involved (external partners, internal teams, locally and at HQ)

+ Operational and administrative support related to all partnership activation programs including asset management, program implementation support, product & contract logistics

+ Preparation and onsite support at selected events

- **Assist in the development and execution of product placements and support talent/influencer relationship management:**

* Support product placement strategy and identify new placement opportunities

* Coordinate with local agencies to evaluate potential talent and maintain productive relationship with external partners

* On-going update of placement tracker. Follow performance results via monthly reporting and propose recommendations for further improvement each month.

* Support the management of existing contracted social influencers

* Identify pool of suitable creators and social influencers for the brand

* Coordinate the elaboration of contracts internally with marketing and legal team

* Collaborate closely with Marketing colleagues on PR collection optimization and products

* Manage PR collection inventory and handling of all marketing related product movements

* Manage VIP account creation and other administrative tasks related to product placement as well as influencer/creator related invoices and budgets

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Minimum 3-4 years full-time work experience

* BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field

* Excellent understanding of branding and communications: comprehension of communication strategies and stakes of luxury brands in particular. Understanding of brand message, creation and image

* Previous experience in the luxury industry is an advantage

* Knowledge of influencer strategy and management

* Events management knowledge is preferred, PR experience is a plus

* Excellent analytical, budgeting, Powerpoint and Excel skills

* Hands on attitude and team player with strong communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skills

* Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

* Must be solution oriented, entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential

* Curious in nature and always looking to question, learn, and look for better ways to do things
