Assistant Manager, Retailer.com MAC

The Assistant Manager of eCommerce helps manage the Brand presence and overall ecommerce business for Tom Ford on all North America Online Retail Partner websites (i.e. retail.com). The Assistant Manager will assist in the day-to-day online operations relating to said Brands with responsibility for brand presence on site, programming, top line sales as well as collaborating with the online retail partners on key performance indices.

The Assistant Manager needs to have an understanding of how to drive ecommerce sales through marketing programs specifically with retail partners. An analytical and strategic thinker is required to balance program planning and execution with post program reporting. It is imperative that this person have very strong collaborative relationship competencies as working closely with NOAM Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Programming Directors and Planning Executives as well as the Retailer Buying and Merchandising Teams is critical to execute programs across channels (i.e. omni-channel).

Reports directly to Executive Director of eCommerce and in addition to the aforementioned NOAM and Retailer partners, works closely with but not limited to: Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Corporate Key Account Managers, Production, Finance, Legal and Customer Service.

Support and assist with relationship development with online retailers (i.e.: macys.com, Belk, Dillards, etc.)

Drive retailer.com business to achieve sales and Brand goals (i.e. sales plan, rank, penetration etc.).

Partner with North America counterparts to ensure synergies between online and offline.

Work with Creative and Digital Marketing to plan retailer specific asset requests for product launches, GWPs, promotions, category features, etc. Provides all assets to retail.coms.

Oversee the creation and execution of all promotional activities and merchandising strategy (launches and repromotes).

Maintain product launch and promotional calendars and side-by-sides, minimizing conflicts wherever possible.

Routinely lead QA for branded features on retailer sites for accuracy in all product data/images, timely updates to new product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages. Ensure that brands presence has products merchandised and presented correctly and in the best possible light.

Escalate issues or enhancements and suggest partner site improvements to retailer.com team and brand partners

Support implementation and QA of promotion plans for retail partners and measurement of online marketing/promotion success.

Gather data from retailers to supply site analytics and sales/program successes based on metrics set at the onset of campaigns.

**Qualifications**

Must have a proven track record of 4+ years of online marketing experience. eCommerce or catalog experience strongly preferred.

Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within a very competitive landscape

Needs to be a creative and analytical thinker and problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, have attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.

BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
