**Responsibilities:**
Manage the operation and lead the store team of 40+ to going the extra mile in making our guests feel at home and excellent product quality.
Understand and manage the P&L through controlling expenses, making a positive impact on people, teaching excellent customer service, ordering, team scheduling, drive sales and build repeat business. Taking the lead on on-going training and development.
**Qualifications:**
3+ years of General Manager - Quick-Service, Fast Food or Casual Dining experience.
3+ year of team building and training experience.
ServSafe certified.
Flexible schedule. 5-day, 10-hour shift.
Salary to $45-55K, + monthly bonus Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) + company match, vacation, and comp PTO.
