Assistant General Manager

We work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. We are working with a growing plumbing and HVAC residential service company that is growing like crazy.

Our client is looking for a Service/Sales Manager to join their team in the Lockport, NY market. This position will focus on growing sales and profits while developing a team of sales and service professionals.

Areas of focus include:

• Recruit and train a team of sales and service professionals including plumbers and HVAC technicians
• Coach and develop sales & service teams using hands-on training methods
• Monitor and review performance standards weekly
• Promote services to grow the commercial service business
• Identify additional lines of business to tap into
• Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved

Preferred experience includes a minimum of five years Branch/Sales Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation or catastrophe, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fields is desired.
