J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management Finance and Business Management ('AWM F&BM') has a new opening for a Business Manager based in New York. This position will report directly to the Head of Finance & Business Management (F&BM) AM Solutions and the Asset Management (AM) Solutions Business Manager. The AMS global business includes Multi Asset Solutions (MAS), Customized Managed Account Solutions (CMAS), Global ETF Solutions and 55ip. The Multi-Asset Solutions (MAS) team designs and manages multi-asset class portfolios, integrating the breadth and depth of investment talent within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and drawing on its proprietary quantitative and qualitative research capabilities, strategy and security selection, asset allocation and risk-focused portfolio management expertise.The Customized Managed Account Solutions (CMAS) is Responsible for the Separately Managed Account and Multi-Asset Model Portfolios platforms for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, as well as the Portfolio Insights Program, which involves a team of specialists who provide customized analytics to help our clients build stronger portfolios The Global ETF Solutions business includes ~$130B in AUM across 90+ funds. The team develops and launches Exchange Traded Funds across all asset classesThe 55ip business provides tax-smart management of model portfolio, direct index, and active SMA strategies As a Business Manager, you will partner with Business Heads and key stakeholders to drive growth and change. You will help develop and deliver on business strategies and priorities, and support day to day operations of the business.Job responsibilities: Support business heads in managing day to day business, including the execution of strategic initiatives Collaborate with functional partners such as Controls, Finance, Technology and Operations, to help achieve business objectives Ability to provide both strategic and tactical input for key business decisions, and ensure controls for new business initiatives as required Build an understanding of current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement Develop knowledge of our product offering and how the organization delivers investment products and advice to clients Unique exposure to the broader organization and key stakeholders across Asset ManagementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills: An interest in business management, project management, and business analysis Curiosity and some knowledge of global markets is always helpful.
