Job SummaryJPMIM's Infrastructure Investment Group ('IIG') identifies, analyzes, acquires and manages infrastructure and infrastructure-related assets located generally in member countries of the Organizations for Economic Co-Operation and Development ('OECD'). IIG also assesses capital markets and controls investment risk in determining the optimal financing, diversification and disposition strategies for the managed assets.The Infrastructure Investments Group is seeking to hire a Vice President that will be an integral part of the COO's team actively overseeing the risk and controls of the Fund. The ideal individual will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking on a variety of projects. It is imperative this individual has an attention to detail and proactively takes initiative to solve problems. Job Responsibilities Represent IIG in its collaboration with Internal Audit, Controls Management, Risk Management, Business Management and Compliance for their internal audit and review. Point person for IIG's partnership with JPM's various oversight groups such as Investment and Counterparty Risk, Compliance and Control Management. Work closely across all of IIG's various group functions to ensure compliance with current controls and processes. Lead the quarterly IIG and Lux Oversight Committee, including prepare and/or review materials. Maintain user access controls. Maintain and update policies and procedures to reflect the current monitoring environment. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Additional duties as assigned. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 5+ years of experience required with experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: Real Estate/Infrastructure/Private Equity. Strong analytical and interpretative skills. Compliance experience within banking / asset management. A good understanding of risk and control framework Highly motivated, self-starter, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized, and adaptive. Must be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, fluid environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining the highest standards and exceptional attention to detail. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
