Responsibilities :
- General assembly of a crucial subassembly in the production process
- Inspect, clean, and produce repeatable subassemblies at the start of production line.
- Follow detailed process travelers and document any relevant production test data.
- Contribute to process improvements and assembly procedures within the relevant assembly areas.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and maintain operational effectiveness of alignment and assembly work areas.
- Daily reporting through visual management and meetings to communicate and escalate safety, quality, inventory, or delivery issues.

- Must be able to work with patience, follow detail procedures and make pass fail judgment at critical points within production process.
- Ability for recordkeeping with the attention to detail.
- Must be able to work for long periods of time with minimal supervision after initial training period.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in small-parts manufacturing.
Education:
- High school degree is preferred.
The hourly range for this role is $16.35 - $27.01. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
