Moodys Analytics sales force is organized to emphasis a team sales culture. The Media Solutions team is responsible for generating new business and growing existing relationships, covering a defined territory and base of business, as well as working with the relationship manager in managing overall client relationships. **Role/Responsibilities**

The Associate Director Media Solutions Sales representative will be assigned a territory of both existing accounts and open territory across the defined segments of Asset Management, Banking, and Insurance within the Americas region. As the domain expert of Media Solutions offerings, this representative will work alongside the Moodys Analytics relationship managers, sales, and sales management team to manage existing revenue and drive additional growth against target objectives.

* Manage and grow existing Customer Base

* Identify and target white space opportunities

* Align with Relationship Managers and Management on overall account strategy and planning

* Work with Relationship Managers to drive greenfield oppys in existing and new markets/use cases

* Align with RMs on personas and use cases specific to segments

* Work with Segments and SDRs to generate and execute sales campaigns

* Understand and leverage the buying process within each segment

* Help drive Sales Enablement activities

* Coordination with Marketing on messaging and collateral specific to their assigned market segments

* Participation in events & trade shows

* Generate and deliver segment specific webinars

* Work closely with product and content team to address various persona and use in each market

* Accurately forecast retention and growth of territory

* Prepare a monthly planning report to be presented to Sales Management

**Qualifications**

* Must be degree educated (or equivalent).

* Strong negotiation skills.

* Proven track record in relationship management and sales within financial markets

* Firm understanding of various business units within asset management, banking, and insurance

* Strong ability to motivate cross-sales activities with Relationship manages, sales, and Sales Development Representatives

* The appropriate candidate should have sound presentation skills with the ability to engage in public speaking events as part of a participation to conferences and seminars to promote Moodys Analytics franchise.

* A good understanding and ability to position the value of media solutions capabilities to the market

* Ability to demonstrate a grasp of the factors driving our clients businesses.

* Must be fluent in English. The knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.

* A background in a pre-sales, support, training, or consulting will also be considered.

* You have a basic IT understanding e.g. can talk about platforms, databases, deployment and web applications.

* Some Accounting knowledge through either study or work experience would be a benefit.
