As a Lifeguard, you will be supervising the pool and surrounding areas by using preventative and proactive skills to maintain safety for all aquatic participants and observers while providing genuine hospitality. Make sure all patrons are following pool rules and regulations as set forth by the aquatics department and enforce appropriately. Handle any questions or concerns that should arise by any patrons while using the aquatics facility.
Prevent, recognize and respond to emergencies both in the water and on the deck by using good scanning skills. Provide care for injuries or sudden illness until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.
**Certifications:**
* Lifeguard Training
* CPR for the Professional Rescuer

**Pay range** -- $15.00-$16.50 per hour, Part TimeWeekday and Weekend hours available.
