An ideal candidate for the position will be amiable, detail-oriented, organized, dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare permit, utility and state application packagesAssist in compiling information necessary to complete application packagesTrack progress and update information in databaseReview and distribute documents and correspondencePerform administrative functions including but not limited to: incoming calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, preparing shipments, and filingDevelop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizationsMay require permit runningQualifications & ExperiencePermitting experience preferredExemplary interpersonal skillsProficient in various forms of communicationStrong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skillsConsistent thoroughness/attention to detailSolar Admin experience preferred, but not required1+ year(s) of office experienceComputer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF)College degree preferredNotary Public preferred, but not requiredWhat We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
