Our client, in the autonomous driving vehicle space, is looking for an Application Administrator to join their IT Applications team. The IT Applications group manages a diverse and rapidly expanding portfolio of over 100 applications and services. As an Application Administrator, you will take ownership of these applications and collaborate closely with stakeholders to oversee upgrades, maintenance, reporting, monitoring, and documentation. The application portfolio ranges from specialized internal tools to customer-facing applications. This person would be working out of their Foster City, CA location.Responsibilities :Collaborate with stakeholders on application features, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.Monitor application performance using established practices and methods.Manage workflows and in-application configurations to meet stakeholder needs.Develop light automation tasks, SQL queries, and API interactions for reporting and data management.Act as an escalation point for the Client Services team. Requirements :Ability to take ownership of applications and ensure their proper use.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.Basic Windows and Linux administration experience.Strong experience using ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, either as an administrator or power user.Knowledge of floating networking license management tools such as FlexLM, RLM, LSDYNA, Olicense, LMX, BetaLM.Familiarity with the application purchasing process, including review, onboarding, implementation, administration, and migration/off-boarding lifecycles. Expected hourly pay range $60 - $70/hrExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
