Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Acts as the point person between HQ and customers, direct communication, and follow-up with customers.
- Shop and perform research for all categories (women's/men's/kids/baby/active/sleep) on a regular basis and as needed.
- Provide perspective on competitive analysis. Create inspirational/trend reports for presentations. Collaborate with HQ R&D and sales team as required.
- Tracking and sending samples to HQ and customers.
- Prepare and attend meetings with customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in design or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of product design/development experience (Team Leader ~ Director)
- Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented and creative.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
