Analyst - Restructuring

Our client is a boutique consulting firm that is seeking Analysts to help their clients generate more revenue, reduce costs and provide on-site operational, financial, and strategic solutions that help their clients identify inefficiencies, enhance performance, and maximize value. They have worked on some of the most sophisticated and high-profile engagements in their industry.

There is very rapid career advancement for an entrepreneurial self-starter with high initiative, someone who wants to tackle problems and challenges, with possibility of advancing to a VP level within a few years, if not sooner. You will not be siloed, you will work on multiple facets with clients from start to finish in varied industries and will gain vast knowledge and experience.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years of post-undergraduate experience in restructuring, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, banking, security analysis, accounting, investing or other relevant experience
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, understanding of finance, financial modeling, business judgment, initiative, and attention to detail
• Professional servants. Role is extremely client facing, must be able to communicate with C-suite, BOD s and prepare and deliver high caliber presentations
• Ability to travel regularly

My client is paying substantial base with an extremely generous bonus plan from 30% to 50% of salary.

The position is located in New York City. In order to provide the greatest opportunity for training, mentoring and personal growth, the successful candidate should expect to work from their offices. Must reside in or around NYC or be willing to relocate on your own to be considered.
