Role Focus:
The selected candidate will be instrumental in advancing our trading execution technology across various financial instruments, including government bonds, FX, and derivatives. Responsibilities include crafting and refining automated trading methods, enhancing order management processes, broadening our product offerings, and increasing market and trading protocol coverage. A high priority is placed on system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage automated trading strategies for diverse instruments, such as Futures, FX, and government bonds.
- Collaborate with Quantitative Researchers to enhance execution efficiency by optimizing trading signals and strategies.
- Make critical software development decisions, balancing immediate needs against long-term objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation across company divisions, including compliance and technology.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in computer science.
- Advanced proficiency in C++ or Java.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and running electronic trading strategies in live environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in software design and development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field in STEM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in developing high-performance, low-latency systems.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income and/or FX markets.
- Experience with Python programming.
