A financial firm is currently looking for an AI Engineer to join their team in New York.
Pay: $800/day
Responsibilities:
- Determine how AI/Client or existing LLM tooling can help with team's existing processes
- Explain the limitations of AI and LLMs to teams
- Work with AI specialists and Data Science teams to identified new opportunities for centralized products
Qualifications:
- A Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience; Financial industry exposure a plus but not at all required
- A passion for data and experience in applying that passion to high quality data products
- Experience with Python
- Experience with entire software development cycle from design to deployment
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, object oriented concepts, and the ins and outs of data-focused development
- Strong communication skills
- A problem solver; able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
