** Requirements and Qualifications**
****Physical Requirements****
* Ability to push, carry, and lift 75 pounds or more
* Must be able to stand for hours
* Ability to kneel, climb, bend, stoop and crawl
* Physical ability must be enough to climb ladders
* Must be able to pass a drug test and physical fitness test
****Qualiications****
* Minimum high school diploma or GED
* Valid driver's license
* Previous field experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred
* Have a solid understanding of mechanical systems including:
+ Power Transmission
+ Hydraulics
+ Pneumatics
+ Conveyor systems
* Possess knowledge and abilities to perform general repairs on plant equipment using standard industrial tools
* Able to operate mobile equipment associated with plant operations including: skid steer, front end loader, dump truck, manlift
