Position Summary

We're in search of a seasoned Ad Operations Manager to oversee campaigns and operations for our DOOH and Mobile products. From campaign QA to flight monitoring and reporting, this position will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of third-party ads on our media products. You'll join a vibrant team dedicated to developing and supporting ride-sharing products for passengers, drivers, fleets, and advertisers. This role reports to the Director of Media, and will be working closely with our sales and account management team. Additionally, you'll contribute to identifying new programmatic partner opportunities and help manage partnership relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business and product directors to develop and maintain the advertising and media product roadmaps
  • Define product requirements and user stories based on data, business needs, and input from the product development team
  • Establish, measure, and track KPIs for the product suite
  • Identify potential new ad partners and stay current with industry trends
  • Build out a robust business development repertoire with relevant advertising partners, both programmatic and direct brands

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree and 4+ years of work experience in the product management field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment using Scrum and JIRA workflow
  • Data analytics experience including Tableau, Excel & SQL a plus
  • An understanding and appreciation of how web and mobile applications work and are built
  • Great organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Data-driven, analytical approach to solving problems and pain points
  • Experience in digital advertising, mobile apps, and/or web-based advertising technologies.
  • Experience with media delivery, programmatic, mobile, and out-of-home products
