Job Description:

Adecco is assisting a client in Bedminster, NJ with finding a part-time Admin to assist in their office. This role is onsite and will consist of 20 hours a week over the course of 2.5 days, with possible overtime. The Job description is below, if you believe you may be a good fit apply now!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all vendor support for test and measurement equipment to include:
  • Manage yearly certification and Maintenance of RF shielded room.
  • Perform quarterly inventory of equipment for all rooms.
  • Maintain list of assets inventoried and update VLMS to have equipment reflect the correct room/platform in VLMS
  • Assist in scheduling equipment for calibration/maintenance (Bedminster, NJ & Southlake, TX)
  • Obtain list and request quote from manufacturer.
  • Send quote with PO request form for approval to applicable buyer.
  • If approved, complete shipment form and send to appropriate buyer/requestor.
  • Update VLMS to reflect status when asset is shipped out and add comment in VLMS for latest notes
  • Follow up when asset is out for calibration and make sure everything is on schedule.
  • Create and add new assets in VLMS when needed/requested.
  • Obtain new asset labels and place on units.
  • Create new asset in VLMS and update with applicable asset information such as manufacturer, serial number, asset #, etc.
  • Create new platforms in VLMS when needed/requested.
  • Print new platform tags and place by platforms in applicable rooms.
  • Assist in removing equipment from rooms such as equipment that will be recycled.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to work overtime and on occasion drive to Baltimore lab to drop off equipment
  • Demonstrate excellent work ethic and multi-tasking skills
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and committed to producing accurate and high-quality work
  • Ability to consistently arrive timely to customer locations and office
  • Prior experience data entry
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
