St. Lawrence Health (SLH) was established in December 2013 with the mission to improve health and to expand access through coordination and integration of services. SLH became an affiliate of Rochester Regional Health (RRH) in January 2021. Working together with our community partners, including local health departments and agencies, we are focused on disease prevention, promoting access to quality healthcare services, and improving the overall quality of life for our communities.STATUS: Part Time LOCATION: 20 Cottage St. DEPARTMENT: FoundationSCHEDULE: 8hr Day Shift ATTRIBUTES
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of secretarial/administrative support required, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with PC and office programs including, but not limited to, database management, spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and organization skills
  • Bilingual preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processes incoming correspondence and exercises judgment with respect to urgency, confidentiality, and relative importance.Performs a variety of administrative/clerical duties including: answering telephones, scheduling appointments, making copies/faxes, arranging travel, meeting/room arrangements, processing personnel data, handling budgets, and processing work orders, requisitions, expense reports, stationary orders, and the like.Maintains electronic/computer databases, paper files and records, retrieves information as necessary, and may create financial, statistical, narrative and/or other reports as requested.Attend virtual or in-person trainings as necessary to remain up-to-date on Blackbaud Raisers Edge database functions and requirements.Processes gifts to the Foundation in the Blackbaud Raisers Edge database and manages receipting and thank you process.May perform various types of business analyses, including accumulating, calculating, and formatting information into final reports.Regularly interacts with personnel in different departments at different organizational levels within the organization, and with donors, health care providers/facilities, and/or other external contacts, such as contractors, vendors, or suppliers in order to complete assigned work.May coordinate, arrange or conduct tours, orientations, training sessions, conference/committee meetings, department presentations or the like.May serve as Network Administrator for the department.May train, direct, and coordinate the activities of lesser skilled individuals.If qualified, may be asked to interpret on occasion.Performs other duties as assigned.May be responsible for PR record keeping and Timekeeping.

PAY RANGE:$16.97 - $21.37CITY:PotsdamPOSTAL CODE:13676The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
