This is a national practice and we offer flexible work hours and locations: in office, remote, hybrid.What You Will Do:Have strong experience working on financial statements, reviews and compilations and supervise staff on these engagementsReview business and personal income tax returnsPrepare and review tax and financial projectionsAssist with business advisory servicesDevelop and maintain relationships with client personnel to obtain a better understanding of business operations, processes and functionsStay informed of current economic developments relevant to each client s business and industryDevelop, educate and train staff and assist in the growth of the Firm s professional team membersGenerate business development opportunities and participate in the proposal processWhat We Seek:Bachelor s Degree required; Advanced degree preferredCPA certification if requiredStrong knowledge of US GAAP6+ years of relevant experience at a public accounting firm Excellent technical background developed from preparing and reviewing personal and entity income tax returns as well as from supervising reviewed and compiled attest engagementsWillingness and ability to travel to client locationsExcellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsAbility to develop future leaders of the firm and lead by positive exampleProfessionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a team mentality Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlinesDedicated to delivering five-star client serviceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWhy Mazars: We offer a generous compensation package with discretionary bonus opportunities, paid time off and a 401K plan with a firm matching contributionThe salary range for this role takes into account many factors including, but not limited to, years and type of experience, skill sets, and certifications.
