As a manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest levels of client service working with staff accountants, senior accountants, senior managers and Partners as well as interacting with clients in a range of markets and industries. This is a national practice and we offer flexible work hours and locations: in office, remote, hybrid. What You Will Do:
  • Have strong experience working on financial statements, reviews and compilations and supervise staff on these engagements
  • Review business and personal income tax returns
  • Prepare and review tax and financial projections
  • Assist with business advisory services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client personnel to obtain a better understanding of business operations, processes and functions
  • Stay informed of current economic developments relevant to each client's business and industry
  • Develop, educate and train staff and assist in the growth of the Firm's professional team members
  • Generate business development opportunities and participate in the proposal process
What We Seek:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • CPA certification is required
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • 6+ years of relevant experience at a public accounting firm
  • Excellent technical background developed from preparing and reviewing personal and entity income tax returns as well as from supervising reviewed and compiled attest engagements
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop future leaders of the firm and lead by positive example
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a team mentality
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
  • Dedicated to delivering five-star client service
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • The salary range for this role takes into account many factors including, but not limited to, years and type of experience, skill sets, and certifications. The projected salary range for this position is $95,800 - $216,000.
