Click here ( to learn more about iHeartMedia.As an Outside Account Executive, you will work with new and existing clients to identify their advertising needs and propose solutions leveraging the most innovative and inclusive broadcast and digital marketing tools across our 160 markets and multiple platforms. You ll work with iconic New York City radio and digital brands like Z100, Q104.3, 106.7 Lite FM, 103.5 KTU, Power 105.1, 710 WOR and New York s BIN 1600.ResponsibilitiesImmerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products (we are constantly innovating and growing!)Develop and prospect for new business by using lead generation activities like cold calling, networking, email marketing, etc.Foster relationships by meeting in person with clients in your designated market areaCultivate existing business by strategically leveraging iHeartMedia s full suite of Broadcast and Digital products to meet your client s unique needsDevelop and deliver persuasive proposalsCollaborate with internal partners to ensure successful execution of sales campaignsStay abreast of industry and competitorsNegotiate rates and ensure prompt paymentsExperience and QualificationsA desire to learn and grow!Independent, self-motivated, competitive, assertive personalityStrong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skillsPersuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentationStrong client service relationship-building skillsStress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressuresDigital/Media Sales Experience is a plusSalesforce experience is a plusReliable means of transportation with a valid driver s license and state-mandated auto insuranceMicrosoft Office suite and social networking platforms skillsHigh school diploma; college degree preferredSkillsSkills: Sales skills (negotiation, presentation, relationship management), adaptability; resilience, teamwork, creativityLocation:New York, NY: 125 West 55th Street, 10019Position Type:RegularTime Type:Full timeCompensation:Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
