Constellation Home Care is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to work as part of our sales team as an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding business opportunities to Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Physician Offices on Long Island. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in home care. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for generating Medicare referrals for home care by building relationships with social workers, wellness directors, physicians and key decision-makers. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing sales strategy, goals and plans, conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity. Qualifications: This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results-driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Recent healthcare marketing or sales experience is required and clinical background is a plus.
