In this Account Executive role, Ripple Street is seeking a sales leader energized by the startup grind. You'll never say that's not my job and understand that every client interaction is an opportunity to win them over or learn for the next one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive business growth within key verticals (CPG, QSR, Retail, Entertainment).
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Team to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities to expand existing client relationships, fostering sustainable revenue growth.
  • Create and execute plans to secure net-new client activations.
  • Possess a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Partner with Marketing and other departments to identify resources needed to increase closing rates and effectively communicate Ripple Street's value proposition.
  • Utilize HubSpot to monitor quarterly progress and report on progress towards goals.
  • Regularly analyze industry, market, and competitor trends to provide insights for product improvement or sales strategy adjustments.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, camaraderie, and healthy competition within the sales team.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in media, advertising, or marketing technology companies (experience working with strategic verticals like CPG, Retail, or Shopper Marketing agencies is a plus).
  • Growth mindset with a passion for prospecting, identifying new customers, and closing deals (experience managing existing relationships is preferred).
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to confidently speak with all levels of a marketing team, identify and engage with budget owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, sales CRM tools (HubSpot), sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo), conversation intelligence tools (Chorus), and general technology.
