In this role, you will cultivate relationships with new agency partners, driving net new opportunities with Independent Agencies, through selling Beeswax Demand-Side Technology. This role will focus on prospecting agencies to consultatively engage them to expand their programmatic solutions and drive net new revenue for Beeswax. As an Account Executive, you collaborate closely with several cross-functional partners including marketing, product, and account management teams to provide a best-in-class customer experience, share market feedback, and refine our go-to-market strategy. This role is perfect for a true hunter looking to uncover opportunity and connect it with a value adding programmatic solution. The Agency Account Executive is someone who has programmatic experience and understanding of navigating and selling into the agency ecosystem. Most of all, the ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with great presentation and people skills, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
  • Drive net new revenue growth within the agency customer segment by closing net-new opportunities
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with executive stakeholders within Independent Agencies
  • Create, own, and execute the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business with the intent to simultaneously unlock each relationship
  • Demonstrate the value of the Beeswax platform by through detailed understanding & presentation of the product
  • Educate clients on Beeswax products and best practices, working hand in hand with cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for achieving sales performance and meeting and exceeding top line revenue and growth targets
  • Become a product expert on the Freewheel portfolio, demonstrating domain expertise of both Beeswax and FreeWheel's programmatic software
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders internally in marketing, product, marketing, account management, finance, and legal
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to ad tech, programmatic advertising, and digital media monetization
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of demonstrated excellence in agency sales at an Adtech company or 4+ years of programmatic trading experience
  • Previous programmatic platform experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a rapidly evolving environment and growing top to bottom relationships with both clients and agencies
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and quantitative skills to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Significant business-development experience, including leading sales pitches
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and experience managing across and up
  • Strong organizational skills and deep CRM experience
  • BA/BS degree required
