Location: New York,NY, USA
Provide Administrative and Personal assistance to busy executive of Private Investment firm.
Manage personal and professional scheduling of meetings and appointments for executive and children. Deal with household issues, repairs, purchases, IT and vacation planning.
Must have 2+ years working within a similar administrative capacity, a Bachelors' Degree, and be poised and professional to deal with high profile individuals.
Solid technological skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor and a true desire to work within an Administrative/Personal Assistant capacity required.
Base salary 90- 100K with exceptional benefits, perks and bonus eligibility.
Position is on site 3 days with the availability to work 5 days if necessary.
