Job Description

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director with latitude for independent judgment and initiative, coordinates, oversee and/or perform confidential wide variety administrative assistant support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible Pipeline Data entry.
  • Responsible for Routing the resumes on a weekly basis
  • Emailing department heads the potential candidates resumes.
  • Update and monitor all Lincoln's Job posting on share drive.
  • Notifying selected candidates communication regarding on-boarding process.
  • Track and monitor the Vacancy Control Board Gateway (VCB) submissions on pipeline.
  • Manage and file all ARFs received from the finance department for all new hires, salary adjustments and promotions.
  • Assist with Reviewing /Audit personnel files for Joint Commission preparation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain/Update the On-Boarding grid and track on-boarding appointment(s) are scheduled daily.
  • Front Desk coverage if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time experience in an industrial or governmental agency in the field of investigation, auditing, law enforcement, security or inspections in a major operations area of the organization, at least one year of which shall have been in a responsible supervisory capacity; or,

2. Graduation from a senior high school and seven years of satisfactory full-time paid experience in an industrial or governmental agency in the field of investigation, auditing, law enforcement, security, inspections (in a major operational area of the organization), of which two years must have been in a field assignment, at least one year of which shall have been in a responsible supervisory capacity; or,

3. A satisfactory equivalent.
