Steeped in over 130 years of tradition, but adapting to a constantly changing industry, Lessing's Hospitality Group's focus is on providing each guest with unique, personalized experiences and remarkable hospitality.Please use this link to complete an application on our Company Career Page: Job Duties and Responsibilities:-Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons.-Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks.-Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.-Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.-Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.-Comply with all food and beverage regulations.-Clean and maintain bar and sitting area.Qualifications:-Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.-Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.-Relevant training certificate preferred.Hourly pay (NY only)- $10.65 per hour plus tips.*If your wage + tips does not equal at least minimum wage, your hourly pay will be adjusted to minimum wage.
