We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor within our Madison Avenue Boutique. As a Madison Avenue Supervisor, you will assist our Store Management in leading, developing and inspiring a team of Sales Associates by delivering outstanding one-on-one luxury customer service.
The successful Supervisor will also be an inspirational sales leader with real passion for retail and luxury lingerie.
As a Supervisor, you will:
* Have a minimum of 1 year of Supervisory or Senior Sales Associate experience within premium/luxury retailer (essential)
* Have previous experience in achieving personal targets through building and maintaining relationships with luxury clients
* Promote exceptional customer service within our Madison Avenue team and lead by example
* Ensure luxury standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation are maintained within the boutique
* Have a real passion for lingerie and great inter-personal and communication skills
